    Downloading Products

  1. How to access the products?
    Log in on www.test-king.com. Once you are logged in you will all your current and available exams in 'current products'. Click on the exam you want to download.

  2. I cannot download, help me!
    You can read the instructions here or contact our support team at support@test-king.com.

  3. How long do I have to wait for a response to my email?
    Our priority is to get back to our customers within 24 hours of their email. But you can be certain that you will get a reply within 48 hours.

  4. Can I use it on more than one computer?
    Yes we have allowed the exam installation on two computers.

  5. My password is not working?
    Just send your user ID to sales@test-king.com and they will get back to you with your password.
