Raised My Verbal Scores
Before using the ACT English practice by Test King, my verbal score was only a 21. After using them, it's a 30! My science score was only a 23 and now it's a 31.It gave me such practice of English techniques and grammatical structures that improved my English section alot. Excellent For Vocabulary Building
Test King's ACT English practice test takes a different approach on vocabulary building. Unlike the other test prepration of books I have seen, it makes you work on each new word. I agree with the authors on the fact that this is an effective approach. It would be helpful to those who might be writing the ACT or are just beginning their ACT preparation with a very limited vocabulary.I don't regret buying Test King's products at all, since it isn't very expensive.I can use the "strategy"with more complex words.

Brief Description
I am studying for the ACT and am using the Test King ACT English practice on my friend's advice.It is much better for the vocabulary work. They are following the technique of giving a brief description, and the sample sentence is good but can be found in other places as well. The other good point is the words are not in alphabetical order so you don't end up just learning words, as it gives a true sense of knowledge.Test King has been best guide for my test and it got me high scores.Thank you so much.
