Expert Review

I was having a difficult time at my job. For years, I struggled and repeatedly got passed over for promotions. Then I decided to go the extra mile and become a Sun Certified Business Component Developer, even though this was not mandatory in my current job role at the time. I found that I learned a lot through the certification process, and my manager took notice as well. I was a more knowledgeable and confident employee. The following year, I received that promotion and I am now enjoying my new found success.
