You must remove any software downloads related to test-king.com from your computer before claiming guarantee. You can either claim refund or exchange your product for another Exam of Same Price. Test-King Team will promptly review your request and proceed with your original Guarantee Request.
Give Test-King.com Products an attempt you will not fail! There is NO RISK At all!
Refund of Product Can NOT be claimed if?
Refund Claim is valid for any Test-king Exam Preparation Tools for those who fail in corresponding exam and present their claim within 2 weeks from date of purchase of Exam. Every Customer should contact Test-king Billing Team to claim refund guarantee at billing@test-king.com.
Any Exam failures that occur before or after 2 weeks of purchasing date are not qualified for claiming guarantee.
Please review and understand these situations where guarantee can not be claimed:
- Guarantee Claim request can not be submitted within 7 days after Exam Purchase at Test-King.com recommends a minimum 7 day study period before Final Exam. You should understand the exam very well with this preparation and pass with good scores.
- Retired or Incorrect Exam Code purchase. Test-king.com does not entertain any such kind of claims once the product is Downloaded and Installed. In certain special cases where customer has paid for the wrong Exam and informs the Test-King Team within 24 hours with-out downloading Product we may consider exchanging Products.
- Guarantee Claim can not be entertained if the Candidate's name on result report is different from the Account held with Test-king.com.
- No claim can be made against Expired order in any login.
- Guarantee Claim can not be made if product was received for Special Discount price or Free. Test-King Bundles are not covered by guarantee policy at all.
- Test-King provides only Exam practice questions Courses, SSCP, CISSP, PMI, Microsoft, EMC, Riverbed and SAP. These Exams are not covered by 100% Success Guarantee and no Refund guarantee is available for these Exams. Exchange Guarantee can be claimed again purchases made for these Exams.
- Exchange/Refund Guarantee is not applied on Study Guides, Audio Exams and Labs Preparations for any Exam; so no claim can be made against them.
- Test-king.com will not refund money if you request for another Exam as replacement of Original purchase. The new exam must be a like-kind product. However it may be less than, equal to but not exceed the cost of Original purchased exam.
