  • 1. How to purchase?

    Just add the product to the cart and click checkout. Select the payment methods you want. Contact billing@test-king.com if you face difficulties in payment process.

  • 2. When can I start downloading?

    You can start using your account as soon as you have made the payment. The payment process usually takes not more than couple of minutes at max.

  • 3. Was my payment successful?

    If your payment went through then you will get a payment confirmation email at the same ID provided during payment Process. You can check your junk folder if you don't receive e-mail within 5 minutes for making payment.

  • 4. The payment went through but there are no products?

    Sometimes the order is checked manually. You do not need to worry. Just email sales@test-king.com and our representatives will sort the situation for you.

  • 5. My card is not working?

    Make sure you are filling all fields in the payment form. You can double check the billing information.

    If it still gives you problems, you might need to call your bank and ask them if they have information on this.

  • 6. Will my card work?

    Absolutely, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, and Electron.

  • 7. I do not have a card.

    Nothing to worry! Contact our customer support and they will give you plenty of other options to pay with. Contact billing@test-king.com if you face difficulties in payment process.

  • 8. Is my information safe? Will I get a virus?

    Your information and payment both are absolutely safe with Test-king. We do not share your information with any one and payments are processed by SSL.

  • 9. Where is my receipt?

    You will get an order confirmation email, which is your receipt. You can print an Invoice from your Member's Area in your login. Contact Online Support if you need assistance.
