Working on ccnp courses especially for labs are not an easy task because they probably are the most difficult ones. You need a professional assistance to configure TCP/IP layers 3 and QoS on GNS3 as well. I have well equipped lab setup at home but to satisfy myself I used testking ROUTE and SWITCH practical labs. It was a good idea to use simulations before applying techniques on GNS3 and Cisco routers.
